Biography
Jason Corace is a media artist and educator whose work and research is focused on the exploration of interactive design, data visualization and game design. He holds an undergraduate degree from the Evergreen State College and an MFA from the Parsons School of Design. He has taught at Parsons, NYU and is currently a faculty member at the Maryland Institute College of Art. At MICA he teaches in the Interaction Design and Art program, and in his spare time he creates art, design and music projects.

2007 - 10 Years Running
Exhibited my piece " Yesterday's Song' at this group show at the Chelsea Museum in NYC.
2006 - Rhizome Commission
Along with my collaborator Vicky Fang I was awarded a commissioned to create a mobile game called City Pong.
2005 - Retro Redux
Helped organize and run a 24 hour game design competition in collaboration with
Atari and the Parsons School of Design.
2004 - Ars Electronica Next Idea Grant Nominee
My graduate thesis was awarded an honorable mention and included in the program for the 2004 exhibition.
2003/2004 Tenth Floor
Founded a group to curate and put together a series of New
Media events and exhibitions for emerging artists around NYC.
